盐酸米诺环素胶囊联合激光治疗痤疮患者的临床研究

Clinical trial of minocycline hydrochloride capsule combined with lasers in the treatment of patients with acne

目的探讨盐酸米诺环素胶囊联合Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法将痤疮患者96例,随机分为对照组45例和试验组51例。试验组口服盐酸米诺环素胶囊,每次100 mg,每天2次,连续6周,停药一周后开始Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗,每周1次,共6次。对照组口服盐酸米诺环素胶囊,每次100 mg,每天2次,连续6周。疗程结束2周后,对患者的炎症性丘疹、脓疱、粉刺、红斑指标进行评估,观察药物不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为96.08%,75.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后,试验组及对照组皮损总数差值分别为77.19±46.89,59.16±37.19,红斑数差值分别为11.45±7.93,6.60±6.44,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。口服盐酸米诺环素胶囊有出现轻度头晕7例,恶心胃部不适6例;面部激光除面部轻度灼热感外,没有发现其他激光不良反应。结论口服盐酸米诺环素胶囊联合Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗寻常型痤疮比单独口服治疗疗效更优,是治疗寻常痤疮的优选方案之一。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of minocycline hydrochloride capsule combined with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of acne.Methods Ninety-six patients with acne were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and treatment group(n=51).Treatment group was given minocycline hydrochloride capsule,100 mg each time,twice a day,for consecutive 6 weeks.The Q-switch Nd:YAG laser treatment was started after one week of drug withdrawal,once a week,for 6 times in total.Control group was given minocycline hydrochloride capsules orally,100 mg each time,twice a day,for 6 weeks.Two weeks after the treatment,the indexes of inflammatory papules,pustules,acne and erythema of the patients were evaluated,and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 96.08%and 75.55%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the difference of total skin lesions in treatment group and control group were 77.19±46.89,59.16±37.19,the difference of erythema number were 11.45±7.93,6.60±6.44,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 7 cases of mild dizziness and 6 cases of nausea and stomach discomfort when taking minocycline hydrochloride capsules orally.In addition to mild facial burning,no other laser adverse reactions were found.Conclusion Oral minocycline hydrochloride capsule combined with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of acne vulgaris is more effective than oral treatment alone,and is one of the optimal treatment options for acne vulgaris.
