转录因子STAT5A、STAT5B在T淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤中的表达及临床意义

Expression of transcription factors STAT5A and STAT5B in T-cell lymphoblastic lym­phoma and its clinical significance

目的探索信号转导和转录激活因子STAT5A及STAT5B蛋白在T淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤(T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma,T-LBL)组织中的表达情况,分析其与患者疾病发生、发展及生存预后的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学染色检测确诊的104例T-LBL组织和40例反应性增生淋巴结组织(对照)中的STAT5A及STAT5B蛋白的表达。结果STAT5A和STAT5B在T-LBL组织中的阳性率显著高于对照组组织。STAT5A在T-LBL中的表达与患者的性别具有相关性,STAT5B蛋白在T-LBL中的表达与患者年龄呈负相关,与患者有无B症状(B症状:不明原因的高热、体重减轻、盗汗)有相关性。STAT5A与STAT5B共表达与患者Ann Arbor分期呈正相关。结论STAT5A及STAT5B蛋白与T-LBL各临床病理参数及生存预后密切相关,可作为诊断及治疗T-LBL的潜在新靶标。

Objective To explore the expression of signal transducers and transcription activators STAT5A and STAT5B in T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma(T-LBL)tissues,and to analyze their correlation with the occurrence,development and prognosis of T-LBL.Methods Immunohistochemistry(IHC)staining was used to detect the expression of STAT5A and STAT5B in 104 T-LBL tissues diagnosed in Shanxi Cancer Hospital.The control group consisted of 40 reactive hyperplastic lymph node tissues.The experimental results were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 software.Results The positive expression rates of STAT5A and STAT5B in T-LBL tissues were significantly higher than those in control tissues.The expression of STAT5A in T-LBL was correlated with the gender of patients.The expression of STAT5B in T-LBL was negatively correlated with the age of patients and was correlated with the occurrence of the B symptoms(high fever with unknown cause,weight loss,night sweats).The co-expression of STAT5A and STAT5B was positively correlated with the Ann Arbor stage of patients.Conclusion STAT5A and STAT5B are closely related to the clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of T-LBL,and have potential as new indicators for the diagnosis and treatment.
