摘要 为解决水果采摘过程中存在的高处水果采摘难、水果脱蒂掉落影响外观、人员肢体容易受伤等问题,利用Solidworks软件设计了一种手动便携式水果采摘装置,并通过ADAMS软件对设计的剪切装置进行了刚柔耦合的动力学分析。结果表明,设计的手动水果采摘装置完全满足设计需求,具有结构简单、制作和携带方便、成本低廉以及无损采摘等优点,提高了水果采摘效率,减轻了劳动程度,为小型农用机械的设计提供了新思路。 In order to solve such problems in the process of fruit picking as the difficulty of fruit picking at high places,the influence on fruit skin when falling off the stems and the easy injury of human limbs,a manually portable fruit-picking device is designed by using Solidworks software,and the dynamic analysis of rigid-flexible coupling is performed on the cutting device by using Adams software.The results show that,with such advantages as simple structure,convenient production and carrying,low cost,and non-destructive picking,the designed manual fruit-picking device fully meets the design requirements,improves fruit-picking efficiency and reduces labor,providing a new idea for the small agricultural machinery design.
