摘要
“建设工程监理”是土建类专业的重要专业选修课程。在以教师为中心的传统课堂教学模式下,该课程面临系列挑战,教学效果欠佳。主题汇报式翻转课堂教学在本质上重塑了教师和学生的主体地位,把学生从被动接受“翻转”到主动学习。从课前主题设置、课中案例分析、课后反馈等环节进行“建设工程监理”课程翻转课堂探索与实践,发现翻转课堂教学模式下学生对该课程的认可度和主动参与度逐年提升,能更加熟练地应用相关知识解决实际问题,且解决问题的思维和角度更加开阔、多元,有效促进了教学效果的提升。
Construction engineering management is an important elective course for civil engineering students.However,the traditional teacher-centered classroom teaching mode is faced with series of challenges,resulting in the limited teaching effectiveness.The flipping classroom teaching based on topic reporting essentially reshapes the dominant position of teachers and students,and transforms students from passive acceptance to active learning.From the pre-class theme setting,class case analysis,after-class feedback and etc,the course Construction Engineering Management flips classroom exploration and practice,which has found that students’recognition and active participation in the course under the flipped classroom teaching model have increased year by year,and students can apply relevant knowledge to solving practical problems more proficiently,and their problem-solving thinking and angles are more open and diversified,which effectively promotes the improvement of teaching effects.
