碳中和目标下的绿色建筑展望

THE PROSPECTS OF GREEN BUILDING UNDER THE CARBON NEUTRAL TARGET

本文在简要回顾绿色建筑的发展历程,总结绿色建筑理论背景的基础上,结合我国政府提出的碳中和目标,将绿色建筑放在生态城市的背景中,对中国绿色建筑的发展进行展望,提出绿色建筑评价应向建筑可持续性评价发展,以及由技术策略集成向全新建筑观的转变会推动绿色建筑的设计成为设计主流。

Based on a brief review of the development of green building and a summary of the theoretical background of green building,and combined with the carbon neutral goal proposed by the Chinese government,the paper puts green building in the background of eco-city,and looks forward to the development of green building in China.It is suggested that green building evaluation should be developed towards building sustainability evaluation,and the transformation from technology strategy integration to new architecture idea will promote green building design to become the mainstream.
