摘要
受严寒地区特殊气候条件和村镇经济水平的制约,村镇住宅供暖能耗较高,而优先利用被动式低能耗技术措施来降低用能需求具有重要意义,但与此同时也会衍生出投资成本增加的问题。本文以严寒地区某村镇住宅设计为例,基于建筑能耗和经济性多目标优化,运用MOBO-EnergyPlus多目标、多参数优化平台建立物理模型,采用NSGA-II算法对与能耗和成本相关的设计参数组合进行筛选,得出协同双目标的Pareto非支配解集及全局均衡解,并划分满足不同需求的技术模板,为严寒地区村镇被动式低能耗住宅设计模式构建提供新方法。
Restricted by the special climatic conditions and rural economic level in severe cold regions,the heating energy consumption of rural houses is at a high level.It is of great significance to give priority to the use of passive low-energy technology measures to reduce energy demand,but at the same time,it will lead to the problem of increasing investment cost.Taking a rural house design in severe cold regions as an example,This paper applies the MOBOE-nergyPlus multi-objective andmulti-parameter optimization platform to establish the physical model and uses the NSGA-II algorithm to screen the combination of design parameters based on the multi-objective optimization of energy consumption and economy.Thus,the Pareto non-dominated solution set and global equilibrium solution synergizing bi-objectives are obtained,and the technical templates meeting different requirements are divided.It provides a new method for the design pattern establishment of rural passive low energy houses in severe cold regions.
