西地兰联合镁离子极化液治疗冠心病心衰的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Cedilanid Combined with Magnesium ion Polarization Liquid in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Heart Failure

目的探究对冠心病心衰患者应用西地兰联合镁离子极化液治疗的临床治疗效果。方法抽选2018年6月-2020年6月收治的冠心病心衰患者70例,根据掷硬币法随机均分为两组。对照组(n=35)与研究组(n=35),分别接受单用西地兰治疗、西地兰+镁离子极化液治疗。评价及对比两组的疗效、不良反应率。结果研究组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组的不良反应率明显下降(P<0.05)。结论应用西地兰联合镁离子极化液治疗冠心病心衰患者,可增强疗效,且不会增加药物不良反应,患者耐受性良好,是一种安全有效的治疗选择。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of cedilanid combined with magnesium ion polarizing liquid in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods 70 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups according to the coin toss method.The control group(n=35)and the study group(n=35)received the treatment of cedilanid alone and the treatment of cedilanid+magnesium ion polarization solution respectively.The curative effect and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of cedilanid combined with magnesium ion polarization liquid in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure patients can enhance the curative effect,and will not increase the adverse drug reactions,patients with good tolerance,is a safe and effective treatment choice.
