抗VEGF联合综合手术治疗新生血管性青光眼的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Anti-VEGF Combined with Comprehensive Surgery in the Treatment of Neovascular Glaucoma

目的观察抗VEGF药物联合复合小梁手术治疗在新生血管性青光眼治疗中的应用。方法选取2016年-2020年新生血管性青光眼患者20例,随机分成两组,实验组予以康柏西普眼用注射液玻璃体腔内注射后,行复合小梁切除术。对照组行复合小梁切除术,必要时行全视网膜激光光凝。观察两组患者基线特征、眼压、疗效、视力、视神经纤维层厚度、新生血管及并发症等。结果两组患者治疗后视力均有不同程度好转,治疗前后眼压显著降低(P<0.05),对照组视神经纤维层厚度明显变薄,实验组未见明显变化。两组新生血管均有减少。结论康柏西普眼用注射液联合综合手术治疗可以有效治疗新生血管性青光眼。

Objective To investigate the effect of intravitreal injection of conbercept on neovascular glaucoma.Methods A total of 20 patients(20 eyes)with neovascular glaucoma admitted to Daqing No.5 Hospital from January 2016 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The experimental group was treated with intravitreal injection of conbercept plus trabeculectomy,while the control group was treated with trabeculectomy and pan-retinal photocoagulation.The pre-treatment and post-treatment visual acuity,intraocular pressure,clinical efficacy,retinal nerve fiber layer,and neovascular.Results After treatment,the visual acuity improved significantly(P<0.05).The intraocular pressure of the experimental group and control group pre-treatment and post-treatment decreased significantly(P<0.05).Comparison of clinical efficacy of the two groups showed no statistical significance.The retinal nerve fiber layer of the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05),while the experimental group showed no statistical significance.Neovascular of both groups decreased.Conclusions Application of conbercept combined with surgery can effectively improve the clinical aymptoms and reduce intraocular pressure in patients with neovascular glaucoma.
