电磁场对3003铝合金铸轧板材组织的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在传统铸轧过程中施加电磁场生产3003铝合金板材,对比分析传统铸轧板材与施加电磁场条件下铸乳板材的显微组织。结果表明:在铸轧过程中施加电磁场可以有效地改善显微组织,破碎枝晶、细化晶粒;电磁场能抑制自然对流,加速溶质扩散,减少偏析;同时发现,电磁场使铁相粒子聚集,在铸轧板材一定区域形成宏观偏析带。 Traditional roll-casting test and electromagnetic field roll-casting test for 3003 aluminum alloy were performed.Microstructures of cast-rolling sheets obtained under the two conditions were contrasted and analysed.The results show that applying electromagnetic field during casting and rolling can improve microstructure,restrain the broken coarse dendrite and refine grains.It can restrain the natural convection,enhance the solute diffusion,and reduce the dendrite segregation.It's also found that electromagnetic field can make iron particles agglomerate,and the macro-segregation band appears in a certain area of the cast-rolling sheet.
