铸轧工艺参数对改良型3102D铝合金铸轧板高倍组织的影响

摘要 根据3102铝合金的特点及其铸轧板的质量要求,用电解铝液生产改良型3102D铝合金铸乳板,在熔炼炉内固体料占比、辊缝、嘴辊间隙、铸嘴开口度、前箱温度、前箱液位保持不变的情况下,试验研究铸轧区长度、铸轧速度、冷却强度对其组织的影响。结果表明:3102D铝合金铸轧板的最佳工艺参数为铸轧区长度66 mm,铸轧速度980 mm/min,冷却水人口水温28℃-32℃,冷却水压0.45 MPa。 According to the characteristics of 3102 aluminum alloy and the quality requirements of its cast-rolling sheet,the 3102D aluminum alloy cast-rolling sheets were produced with electrolytic aluminum liquid.The effects of cast-rolling zone length,casting-rolling speed and cooling intensity on the microstructure of the sheets were analyzed when the solid material ratio,roll gap,roller-nozzle gap,castingnozzle openess,chamber temperature and chamber liquid level remained unchanged in the melting furnace.The optimum technical parameters of 3102D aluminum alloy cast-rolling sheet are concluded,i.e.the length of castrolling zone is 66 mm,cast-rolling speed 980 mm/min,cooling water inlet temperature 28℃~32℃,and cooling water pressure 0.45 MPa.
