电力设备用铝合金激光填丝焊接工艺研究

摘要 对电力设备用铝合金为研究对象,采用ER5356铝合金焊丝进行激光焊接试验,研究激光填丝焊接工艺参数对焊接成形、焊缝质量的影响。结果表明:本研究中铝合金的激光焊接阈值功率为2.5 kW,随着焊接速度增大,焊缝区下塌量和下陷量逐步减少;在靠近母材侧的热影响区为向母材方向生长的柱状晶组织,呈明显的晶粒长大现象;填丝焊接头的最大抗拉强度为210.5 N/mm^(2),达到母材强度的60.4%,焊缝中心硬度低于母材的。 The effect of process parameters on the welding forming and weld quality in laser welding of the aluminum alloy for power equipment was studied with ER5356 aluminum alloy as filler wire.The results show that the laser welding threshold power of the aluminum alloy in this study is 2.5 kW.With the increase of the welding speed,the collapse and sinking amount of the weld zone gradually decreases;the heat-affected zone on the side near the base material is columnar crystal structure that grows towards the direction of the base material,and shows obvious grain growth;the maximum tensile strength of the filler-wire-welded joint is 210.5 N/mm^(2),which reaches 60.4%of the strength of the base material,and the hardness of the weld center is lower than that of the base material.
