社会工作介入全职妈妈双重困境的实践研究——基于社会性别视角的个案分析

A Practical Study on Social Work Intervention in Full Time Mothers’ Dual Dilemma-Case Study Based on Gender Perspective

文章通过对一例全职妈妈陷入"丧偶式育儿"与"丈夫婚外情"双重困境的个案实务反思,重点探讨社会性别视角在妇女社会工作中的运用。研究发现,当女性陷入此类困境中,社工首要的介入目标是帮助其摆脱密集母职、转变非理性认知和修复亲密关系。设计和开展服务时,社工需着重为女性群体充权,强调夫妻共同参与、树立性别平等意识以及共同肩负育儿责任。在社会性别视角下,不管是"丧偶式育儿"还是"婚外情"的个案,即使求助者是女性,更重要的是推动男性作出关键性改变,纠正家庭关系中的性别不平等,改变男权制和父权文化对于家庭的负面影响。

This article originated from a case of social work intervention in a full-time mother who was in a dual dilemma of "widowed child-rearing" and "extramarital affairs". It focuses on the application of gender perspective in women’s social work. The study found that when women fall into such dilemmas, social workers’ primary goal is to help them get rid of dense motherhood, change irrational cognition and repair intimate relationships. From the perspective of gender, whether it is a case of "widowed child-rearing" or "extramarital affairs", even if the help-seeker is a woman, it is more important to promote men to make key changes, correct gender inequality in family relations, and change the negative impact of patriarchal culture on the family.
