城镇居民商业医疗保险参与度影响因素研究——基于2017年中国综合社会调查数据

A Study on the Influencing Factors of Urban Residents’ Participation in Commercial Medical Insurance——A Case Study of China General Social Survey 2017

十九届五中全会再次提及要积极发展商业医疗保险。基于2017年中国综合社会调查数据,利用二元Logistic回归模型分析城镇居民商业医疗保险参与度的影响因素。研究发现:个体特征中性别变量不具有显著性影响,婚姻、受教育程度和健康状况变量均表现为显著正向影响,年龄变量表现为显著负向影响。财产状况中的家庭收入水平和个人收入(上年)变量均表现为显著正向影响。社会资本中社会信任变量不具有显著性影响,社会互动变量表现为显著正向影响。社会保险参与状况的基本医疗保险参与变量不具有显著性影响。根据研究结论,建议加大医疗保险知识普及和社会互动、加大商业医疗保险税收优惠和适当补贴、完善信息建设与监管以及加强商业医疗保险公司自身建设,以此促进城镇居民商业医疗保险的参与度。

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee once again mentioned the need to actively develop commercial health insurance. Based on the data of China Comprehensive Social Survey in 2017, binary Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of urban residents’ participation in commercial medical insurance. The results showed that gender variables had no significant influence on individual characteristics, marriage, education level and health status variables showed significant positive influence, and age variables showed significant negative influence. The variables of personal income(last year) and family income level showed significant positive effects in property status. The Social Trust variable in social capital has no significant influence, and the social interaction variable has significant positive influence. The basic medical insurance participation variables of social insurance participation status have no significant impact. Based on the conclusions of the study, it is suggested to increase the popularization of medical insurance knowledge and social interaction, increase tax preferences and appropriate subsidies for commercial medical insurance, improve information construction and supervision, and strengthen the self-construction of commercial medical insurance companies, in order to promote the participation of urban residents in commercial health insurance.
