中药单体治疗哮喘的作用与机制研究进展

Research Progress on Effect and Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine Monomer in Treating Asthma

哮喘是由多种因素引发的常见慢性气道炎性疾病。机体信号通路调控的分子机制与哮喘的发生发展关系密切,可作为药物治疗的潜在靶点。西医治疗哮喘目前主要通过糖皮质激素抑制炎症,短期效果良好,但长期使用可能引起耐药性及副作用。中药在治疗哮喘等慢性病方面具有一定优势,而中药单体因其成分、疗效确切近年被广泛与深入研究。本文对部分典型中药单体在哮喘治疗中的作用及机制进行综述,为中药在哮喘治疗中的后续研究和新药开发提供参考。

Asthma is a common chronic airway inflammatory disease caused by many factors.The molecular mechanisms of signaling pathway regulation are closely related to the occurrence and development of asthma,which can be used as potential targets for therapy.Currently,the treatment for asthma is mainly to suppress inflammation with glucocorticoids,which has a good short-term effect,but it may cause drug resistance and side effects in long-term application.TCM has some advantages in treating asthma and other chronic diseases,among which TCM monomer has been extensively studied in recent years due to its exact composition and curative effect.This study reviewed the effect and mechanism of some typical traditional Chinese medicine monomers in the treatment of asthma,in order to provide reference for the follow-up researches and new drug developments of TCM in terms of asthma treatment.
