摘要
为研究不同试验方法下的温拌沥青混合料水稳定性能评价指标的区别,对掺入RH、Ev温拌剂的AC-13沥青混合料进行室内浸水马歇尔试验、真空饱水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验,比较了6种温拌沥青混合料的不同水稳性指标。结果表明:RH、Ev温拌剂对基质沥青混合料水稳性影响不一,前者MS0减幅为6.5%,后者基本不变;两者MS′0均有不同程度增大(增幅分别为41.5%和20.4%),但只有前者MS′0满足规范要求;前者TSR增幅为4.2%,而后者TSR基本不变。RH、Ev对SBS改性沥青混合料的水稳性能的提高较为直观,分别提高水稳平均指标10.1%和19.2%。最后,结合相关性和方差分析发现,试验评价方法和两者交互作用对基质沥青混合料水稳性有显著影响,而对SBS改性沥青混合料水稳性,只有温拌剂类型有显著影响。综合所有结果,最终推荐温拌基质沥青混合料的水稳评价可用真空饱水马歇尔试验方法,温拌SBS改性沥青混合料的水稳评价可用浸水马歇尔试验或真空饱水马歇尔试验方法。
In order to study the differences of evaluation indexes obtained from different methods for the evaluation of water stability performance of the warm mix asphalt mixture,the indoor water immersion Marshall test and vacuum saturated water were applied to the AC-13 asphalt mixture mixed with RH and Evotherm(referred to as Ev)warming agent.Marshall test,freeze-thaw split test,comparing different water stability indexes of six kinds of warm mix asphalt mixture.The results show that the RH and Ev warming agents have different effects on the water stability of the matrix asphalt mixture.The former MS0 reduction is 6.5%.The latter is basically unchanged;both MS′0 increase to varying degrees(41.5%and 20.4%,respectively),but only the former MS′0 meets the specification requirements;the former TSR increases by 4.2%,while the latter TSR is basically not The improvement of water stability of SBS modified asphalt mixture is relatively straightforward,and the water stability index is increased by 10.1%and 19.2%respectively.Finally,the correlation evaluation and variance analysis show that the test evaluation method and the interaction between the two are applied to the matrix asphalt.The water stability of the mixture has a significant effect,and only the type of warming agent has a significant effect on the water stability of the SBS modified asphalt mixture.Finally,the vacuum saturated Marshall test is recommended as the water stability evaluation method for the warm mixed matrix asphalt mixture,soaking The Marshall test or the vacuum-saturated Marshall test is used as a water stability evaluation method for the warm mixed SBS modified asphalt mixture.
