国内学术英语研究热点与趋势——基于CNKI核心期刊的知识图谱分析

Domestic Academic English Research Hotspots and Trends:Based on Mapping Knowledge Domains Analysis of CNKI Core Journals

文章以CiteSpace可视化分析软件和Excel为工具,以1993-2020年间发表于CNKI北大核心期刊与CSSCI期刊中499篇有关学术英语的期刊论文为研究对象,采用可视化知识图谱计量分析方法,分析国内学术英语研究的总体趋势、作者合作、研究机构、关键词及共现时区图。研究结果显示:27年间的学术英语论文大致可以划分为两个阶段:第一个阶段是1993-2005年,年均论文发表未超过5篇,学术英语研究没有受到国内外语界学者的重视;第二个阶段是2006-2020年,发文量大幅度提升,表明学术英语研究逐渐成为国内外语界的研究热点领域。国内核心期刊对学术英语研究重视程度不等,学术英语研究的代表人物是复旦大学的蔡基刚教授,研究机构之间合作欠缺。研究热点主要聚焦在学术英语与专门用途英语的区分、学术英语与大学英语的关系等宏观层面及需求分析、课程设置、学术英语写作等微观层面。

This research uses CiteSpace visual analysis software and Excel as tools,taking 499 journal articles related to academic English published in CNKI core journals and CSSCI journals between 1993 and 2020 as the research objects,using visual Mapping Knowledge Domains method to analyze the general trends,author cooperation,research institutions,keywords and co-occurrence time zone chart of domestic academic English research.The results show that the papers in the past 27 years can be roughly divided into two stages:the first stage is from 1993 to 2005,the average annual papers published did not exceed five,academic English research has not received much attention from domestic foreign language scholars;the second stage is from 2006 to 2020,the amount of articles published has increased significantly,indicating that academic English research is gradually becoming a research hotspot in the domestic foreign language circles.Domestic core journals pay varying degrees of attention to academic English research.The representative figure of academic English research is Professor Cai Jigang of Fudan University,and there is a lack of cooperation between research institutions.Research hotspots mainly focus on the macro-level issues such as the distinction between academic English and English for specific purposes,the relationship between academic English and college English,and the micro-level issues such as demand analysis,curriculum design,and academic English writing.
