全面从严治党背景下高校开展巡察工作实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of Inspection Work in Universities under the Background of Full,Rigorous Self-discipline of the Party

巡察是新时代全面从严治党的战略性制度安排,高校党委对院级党组织开展巡察监督,是贯彻落实新时代党的建设总要求,是保证党对高校领导的重要举措。文章重点从高校开展巡察工作的重大意义、现状问题分析等方面进行研究,提出高校巡察工作要坚守政治巡察定位、健全体制机制、加强队伍建设、创新方式方法、加强成果运用,为营造风清气正的校园政治生态和教书育人环境提供坚强的政治保障。

Inspection is a strategic institutional arrangement for the full,rigorous self-discipline of the Party in the new era.The inspection for secondary college level Party organizations by Party committees in universities is an important measure to implement the general requirements for Party building in the new era and ensure the leadership of the Party in universities.This paper analyzes the significance,current situation and existing problems of the inspection work in universities,and proposes that the inspection work in universities should adhere to the principle of political inspection,improve the institutional mechanism,strengthen the team construction,innovate methods and means,and strengthen the application of results,so as to provide strong political guarantee for creating the wholesome campus political atmosphere and educational environment.
