安徽省危险化学品生产企业安全生产现状分析 被引量:1

Analysis on Safety Status of Hazardous Chemicals Production Enterprises in Anhui Province

摘要 通过对安徽省危险化学品生产企业现状分析,了解其安全生产特征,为危险化学品生产企业科学精准施策提供依据。采用Excel对危险化学品登记信息管理系统(生产、进口企业登记)中的申报数据进行统计分析,全省共登记危险化学品生产企业463家,涉及化学品纯物质538种,混合物911种,重点监管的危险化工工艺数量有306个,涉及重大危险源企业172家,危险化学品重大危险源523个,小型和微型企业约占87%。危险化学品生产企业地区分布不均衡,企业规模以小型和微型企业为主,重点监管的危险化工工艺种类分布全,“五类”高危工艺中以氯化工艺为主,从业人员主要集中于煤化工、合成氨工业及有机化学原料制造等行业。 This paper analyzes the current situation of hazardous chemical production enterprises in Anhui Province,to understand their safety characteristics,and provide basis for the scientific and accurate implementation of policies for hazardous chemical production enterprises.Excel was used to analyze the application data in the registration information management system of hazardous chemicals(registration of production and import enterprises).There are 463 registered hazardous chemical production enterprises in the province,involving 538 kinds of pure chemicals and 911 kinds of mixtures,among which there are 306 hazardous chemical processes to be mainly supervised,172 enterprises involved in major hazard installations,523 major hazard installations of hazardous chemicals,and small and micro enterprises accounts for about 87%.The regional distribution of hazardous chemical production enterprises is uneven.The scale of enterprises is mainly small and micro enterprises,and the types of hazardous chemical processes under key supervision are all distributed.Chlorination process is the main type of"five categories"high-risk processes,and the employees are mainly concentrated in coal chemical industry,synthetic ammonia industry and organic chemical raw material manufacturing industry.
