摘要
工程施工中对大尺寸混凝土梁采用叠合浇筑的方式,可以节省梁下支撑用量,降低搭设难度。在现浇叠合梁通常分为二层浇筑的前提下,研究了叠合梁分三层浇筑的条件;利用ANSYS有限元软件对叠合梁分层时的先浇梁段进行数值模拟,得出了不同尺寸下先浇梁的承载状况,结合梁下支撑的稳定性分析,设计叠合梁在二层和三层条件下分层的尺寸,并比较两种条件下分层结果的优劣。
In the construction of the project,the large-size concrete beam is superposed and poured,which can save the amount of support under the beam and reduce the difficulty of erection.Under the premise that the cast-in-place composite beam is usually poured in two layers,the conditions for the composite beam poured in three layers are studied and the ANSYS finite element software is used to numerically simulate the pre-cast beam section when the composite beam is layered,and the load-bearing conditions of the pre-cast beams under different sizes are found.Combined with the stability analysis of the support under the beams,the layered size of the laminated beams under the two-story and three-story conditions is designed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the layering results under the two conditions are compared.
