摘要
介绍了采用液压同步提升技术拆除5万m3煤气柜的施工方法。针对煤气柜结构的特点,利用均布在煤气柜立柱上的20组液压缸精准控制位移与荷载,成功实现了柜体的整体下降拆除,论证了方案的可行性。相较于传统方法工期短,减少了高空作业及吊车台班,提升了作业效率,降低了安全风险,为国内同类型设备的拆除提供了参考。
This paper introduces the construction plan of using hydraulic synchronous lifting technology to dismantle 50,000 m3 of gas holder.According to the characteristics of the structure of the gas holder,the feasibility of the scheme is demonstrated by using the 20 sets of hydraulic cylinders,which are all clothed on the column of the gas holder,to control the displacement and load accurately.Compared with the traditional method,the short duration reduces the high-altitude operation and crane bench class,improves the efficiency of the operation,reduces the safety risk,and provides reference for the dismantling of the same type of equipment in China.
