摘要
轮胎允许匹配安装多种型号车轮,装不同车轮所表现出来的性能会有所差异,本文对同一个轮胎装配不同宽度车轮方案进行参数测试,主要包含轮胎轮廓、轮胎接地印痕、车轮静态刚度、车轮力学性能;将测试结果用于整车动力学模型进行操控稳定性分析,同时将各方案装于整车上进行客观和主观测试。分析车轮参数、仿真分析结果、整车测试结果之间的关联。总结出轮胎装不同宽度车轮其在整车上的操纵性能变化规律,用于指导汽车设计过程中车轮型号的选择。
The tires are allowed to be matched with multiple types of wheels,and the performance of different wheels will be different.This article including the test of parameters when the same tire is assembled with wheels of different width,parameters mainly including tire contour,tire grounding mark,and wheel static stiffness,wheel mechanical properties;the test results are used in the vehicle dynamics model for handling analysis,and at the same time,each assembly is installed on the vehicle for objective and subjective testing.Analyze the correlation between wheel parameters,simulation analysis results,and vehicle test results.Summarizes the law of how the vehicle handling performance changes when the tire matching with wheels of different width,which can be used to guide the selection of wheel models in the car design process.
