摘要
东风鼎新动力系统科技有限公司的第一款双离合变速箱产品DCT150是湿式双离合变速器(以下简称DCT),其支撑壳体由离合器壳体及变速箱壳体构成,这两个壳体由高压铸造方法生产,在产品开发及量产过程中经历了较困难的质量改进历程,毛坯综合合格率由60%左右逐步提升到2020年底的95%水平,本文总结典型质量问题的解决方案。
Dongfeng Dinsin Powertrain Technology Co.,Ltd.’s the first production is DCT150,It is Wet Dual-clutch transmission(DCT)and its housing are constituted by clutch housing and transmission housing.Two housings are manufactured by high pressure die-casting,in the process of product development and mass production,we have experienced a difficult process of quality improvement,the comprehensive ok rate gradually increase from about 60%to the 95%by the end of 2020,The article summarizes solutions to typical quality issue.
