东风鼎新动力系统科技有限公司的第一款双离合变速箱产品DCT150是湿式双离合变速器(以下简称DCT),其支撑壳体由离合器壳体及变速箱壳体构成,这两个壳体由高压铸造方法生产,在产品开发及量产过程中经历了较困难的质量改进历程,毛坯综合合格率由60%左右逐步提升到2020年底的95%水平,本文总结典型质量问题的解决方案。
