摘要
随着互联网的普及和人们消费行为的变化,人们互联网线上交易的频繁同时促进了下沉市场的发展,拥有C2M模式的淘宝特价版的发展也处于迅猛发展趋势。基于此,文章通过SWOT分析法,针对其从内部优势、劣势,以及外部机遇、挑战这四个角度进行研究,并对研究中发现的问题提出相应对策。
With the popularization of the internet and the changes in people's consumption behavior,the frequent online transactions of people on the internet have also promoted the development of the sinking market.The development of Taobao special edition with C2M model is also in a rapid development trend.Based on this,from the four perspectives,this paper uses the SWOT analysis method to study its internal advantages,disadvantages,and external opportunities and challenge.Meanwhile,thia eassy proposes corresponding countermeasures from the problems found in the research.
