Pledge financing,as a common mode of supply chain finance,has become an important financing channel for small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper tries to construct the cost control model of pledge financing from the perspective of small and medium-sized financing enterprises.To help small and medium-sized enterprises to choose appropriate logistics and capital flow operation strategies in the process of pledge financing,reduce financing costs and maximize enterprise benefits.
