During the Red Army period,the Arsenal of the Central Military Commission,facing an environment of hardship,solved well the shortage of talents,technology,equipment and raw materials,and developed into the largest manufacturing enterprise in the Central Soviet Area in a short period of time under the strong leadership of the CPC.The growth of the arsenal was always accompanied by the development process of the revolutionary war,and its development and expansion were closely related to the powerful ideological and political work,the active development of production competition,the standardization of internal management,and the conscious acceptance of the supervision by the superior.The arsenal overcame numerous difficulties and brought its limited production capacity into full play.The weapons and equipment repaired and produced met the emergency needs of the troops to a certain extent in quantity,and were steadily improved in quality.The arsenal became a banner of the industry in the soviet area.
