中国共产党改革观是指中国共产党在长期的领导改革的实践中,所形成的对改革的正确的认知、理念与方法等思想文化的概念集合。改革作为社会主义的“二次革命”,是马克思主义的精髓要义、社会主义制度自我完善的题中之义、破解中国前进发展障碍的必由之路。改革是发展面临的问题倒逼的结果,改革是解放思想的产物。中国共产党改革观经历了初步探索、有序进行、科学发展、全面深化四个阶段,开创了中国特色社会主义道路,彰显了中国共产党全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,向世界展现出社会主义的蓬勃生机。

The CPC’s outlook on reform refers to the concept set of ideology and culture formed by the Party in the long-term practice of leading the reform,including the correct cognition,ideas and methods of reform.As the“second revolution”of socialism,reform is an essential element of Marxism,an inherent element of the self-improvement of socialist system,and the only way to overcome the obstacles to China’s development.Reform is a program designed to solve the development problems and the result of emancipating our minds.The CPC’s outlook on reform has gone through four stages:initial exploration,orderly progress,scientific development,and comprehensively deepening.It has created a path of socialism with Chinese characteristics,demonstrated the CPC’s commitment to serving the people wholeheartedly,and demonstrated the vitality of socialism to the world.
