柔性超级电容器用二维材料的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,对柔性、可穿戴电子器件的需求日益增长,推动了人们对高性能柔性超级电容器的相关研究.二维材料因其独特的物理化学和电化学性质,引起了人们的广泛关注.本文首先简要介绍了二维材料的制备方法,随后综合论述了二维材料,包括石墨烯及其衍生物、过渡金属硫属化合物和过渡金属碳/氮化物的结构特点及其所制备的自支撑薄膜在柔性超级电容器应用中的最新进展,最后指出柔性超级电容器发展面临的挑战及这一领域未来的发展趋势. In recent years,the increasing demand for flexible and wearable electronic devices has promoted the research on high performance flexible supercapacitors.Two-dimensional(2D)materials have attracted much attention because of their unique physicochemical and electrochemical properties.In this paper,the preparation method of 2D materials is briefly introduced at first,and then the structural characteristics of 2D materials including graphene and its derivatives,transition-metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)and transition-metal carbides/nitrides(MXenes)as well as the latest progress in the application of selfsupporting films in flexible supercapacitors is reviewed.The challenges faced by the development of flexible supercapacitor and the development direction of this field in the future are presented at last.
