摘要
针对某冷热电三联供分布式能源站系统,对燃气内燃机的缸套水、中冷水及润滑油系统冷却模块进行了系统的介绍与分析,内燃机耦合吸收式制冷机组调试过程进行研究,进一步地针对余热利用设备烟气热水型溴化锂机组调试过程中发现的问题进行分析,并提出解决办法,最后总结并出该类型内燃机耦合溴化锂机组调试过程的关键步骤,为同类型机组初期调试及商业运行提供经验。
For the distributed energy station system with a combined cooling,heating and power supply,a systematic introduction and analysis of the cooling modules of the cylinder jacket water,inter-cooling water and lubricating oil system of gas internal combustion engines are carried out,and the waste heat utilization equipment flue gas hot water type lithium bromide unit is further targeted.The problems found in the commissioning process are analysed and solutions are proposed.Finally,the key steps in the commissioning process of this type of flue gas-hot water lithium bromide unit are summarized and provided to provide experience for the initial commissioning and commercial operation of the same type of unit.
