摘要 目前GDI汽油机已成为当前乘用车发动机开发技术主流,GDI汽油机由于其独特的油气混合特点,机油稀释较PFI汽油机严重,机油稀释后,其粘性和润滑性能衰退明显,严重影响发动机正常工作。本文分析介绍了GDI汽油机机油稀释的原因及影响因素,同时选择某型GDI四缸汽油机,在发动机台架选择不同工况点进行验证,同时调整不同空燃比进行对比,为GDI汽油机开发过程的机油稀释试验提供参考。 At present,the GDI gasoline engine has become the mainstream of the development technology on vehicle engine.Due to its unique oil-air mixing characteristics,the GDI gasoline engine oil dilution is more serious than the PFI gasoline engine.When the oil is diluted,its viscosity and lubrication performance decline significantly,which seriously affects the engine work.This paper analyzes and introduces the reasons and influence factors of GDI gasoline engine oil dilution.At the same time,selecting the certain type of GDI gasoline engine which has four cylinders,selecting different operating points for verification on the engine test bench,and adjusting the different air-fuel ratios for comparison,which provides reference for oil dilution test during the development of the GDI gasoline engine.
