摘要
网络重构是改变配电网运行状态最重要的手段之一,可有效提高配电网经济、安全以及供电可靠性。为此,提出融合启发式规则与网络重构的配电网故障快速恢复方法,采用宽度优先遍历的思想,确定故障隔离后非故障失电区,据此利用提出的启发式规则确定非故障失电区的故障恢复方式,以及实现非故障失电区与非故障带电区的连通;对接入了非故障失电区且除去了主动孤岛恢复部分的配电网络,构建以网络损耗最小为目标,以满足配电网安全运行为约束条件的网络重构模型,利用所提出改进和声算法对模型进行求解。通过69节点系统仿真,表明所提方法相比其他方法具有优越性,同时验证了所提出的配电网故障恢复网络重构模型的有效性。
Network reconfiguration is one of the most important measures to improve the economical operation,security and reliability of distribution networks.A fast service restoration method for distribution network is proposed in this paper by combining the heuristic rules with network reconfiguration theory.Breadth first traversal is utilized to find the out-of-service area first.Subsequently,heuristic rules are employed to determine the service restoration strategy,whose aims at connecting the out-of-service area to the energized area.For the network without the intending islanding part,a network reconfiguration model,whose objective is minimization of the network loss and constraints are the safety operation of the distribution network,is constructed for the rest network,and the improved harmony search algorithm is used to solve the model.The simulation results of 69 bus system show that the proposed method is superior to other methods,and the effectiveness of the proposed network reconfiguration model is verified.
