摘要
采用ICP-MS测定婴幼儿乳粉中碘的含量,根据GB 5009.267-2020建立分析提取方法,参考CNAS-GL006建立数学模型,进而分析该方法不确定度的来源。通过对实验分析过程引入的各不确定度分量来源计算,结果表明,标准曲线拟合及标准溶液配置是最主要的影响因素。乳粉中碘含量的结果可表示为(1.03±0.0998)mg/kg,k=2。
ICP-MS was used to determine the content of iodine in infant milk powder,the analysis method was established according to GB 5009.267-2020,and the mathematical model was established with reference to CNAS-GL006 to analyze the source of the uncertainty of the method.Through the calculation of the sources of the uncertainty components introduced in the experimental analysis process,the results showed that the standard curve fitting and standard solution configuration were the most important factors.The result of iodine content in milk powder can be expressed as(1.03±0.0998)mg/kg,k=2.
