摘要
采用PRO/Ⅱ流程模拟软件建立了92^(#)汽油基础模型和加入重整[1]抽余油[2]作为调合组分的模型,利用调合组分模型计算出加入重整抽余油的最佳调合比例,通过加入重整抽余油的方式可以丰富炼油装置汽油产品的组分,同时增加了汽油产品的产量;并对某石化公司重整抽余油分离工况进行了建模和分析,将抽余油先分离再调合汽油,可生产辛烷值95以上的高附加值车用汽油。
Based on Pro/Ⅱ process simulation software,a 92^(#)gasoline basic model and a model with reformer raffinate as blending component were established.The optimal blending proportion of reformer raffinate was calculated by blending component model.By adding reformer raffinate,the components of gasoline products in refining unit could be enriched and the output of gasoline products could be increased.The model and analysis of the separation condition of reformer raffinate in a petrochemical company were carried out.The raffinate was separated first and then blended with gasoline,and the high value-added vehicle gasoline with octane number above 95 could be produced.
