化学课程群在应用型创新人才培养模式中的探索

Exploration on Chemistry Curriculum Group in Applied Innovative Talents Training Mode

创新是国家发展和民族振兴的重要作用力,同时也是当今衡量人才质量的标尺之一,因此,在高校人才培养过程中,创新型人才培养模式的应用刻不容缓。本文提出在化学类课程群中实行“三加强、双层次、一拔尖”应用型创新人才的培养模式,既重视课程思政的建设,厚植学生的爱国主义情怀,同时关注化学基础和相关课程的融会贯通,最终提升学生创新创业能力。本培养模式的实施将对培养新时代应用型创新人才探索具有良好的借鉴意义。

Innovation is an important force for national development and national revitalization,and it is also one of the yardsticks to measure the quality of talents.Therefore,in the process of talent training in the universities,the application of innovative talent training mode is urgent.The training mode of“three strengthening,two-levels,one top-notch”applied innovative talents was put forward.It attached importance to the courseconstruction of ideology and politics,and also paid attention to the cultivation of students patriotism.At the same time,it was conducive to the integration of chemistry and related courses,and further improved students innovation and creativity.The implementation of this training mode provided a good reference for the exploration of cultivating applied innovative talents in the new aera.
