本文简单介绍了东芝-三菱TMEIC公司生产的MVG2系列大功率高压变频器,在承德钢铁6500kW烧结主抽风机上的应用。简要介绍了该变频器的特点,在改造项目中重点解决的一些问题,以及实际节电量和节电率的计算。该项目采用二拖二技术,电机不但进行变频运行,还可以对电机进行软启动并向电网无扰动的同步切换。

This article introduces the TMdrive-MVG2 large power medium voltage inverter of TMEIC,and the application in 6500kW main exhaust fan of sintering plant,in Cheng De Iron&Steel.Simply in traduces the characteristic of the inverter,and the problems solved in the whole project.This project adopt the technology of two inverters drive two motors,the motor can not only run in variable frequency,but also can Synchronous switch to the power gride as VWF soft starter.
