贵州医药供应链风险评价指标体系构建研究

Study on the construction of pharmaceutical supply chain risks evaluation index system in Guizhou

[目的]构建贵州医药供应链风险评价指标体系,为贵州医药供应链的风险管理提供参考。[方法]运用文献研究法和专题小组讨论,初步拟定贵州医药供应链风险评价指标体系草案。通过德尔菲法进行两轮专家咨询,最终确定贵州医药供应链风险评价指标体系中的各项指标及其权重。[结果]确定贵州医药供应链风险评价指标体系及各指标权重,包含13个一级指标,67个二级指标。两轮专家咨询专家重视程度分别达到95%和100%,专家协调程度分别为0.211和0.515,专家权威系数分别为0.77和0.84。[结论]构建的贵州医药供应链风险评价指标体系具有较好的科学性,可为贵州医药供应链风险管理提供参考。

Objective To construct the risks evaluation index system of pharmaceutical supply chain in Guizhou so as to provide reference for the risk management of pharmaceutical supply chain in Guizhou.Methods It used literature research method and topic group discussion to initially protocol the draft of pharmaceutical supply chain risk evaluation index system in Guizhou.Two-round expert consultation was by Delphi method,and finally determined the index system and its weight of pharmaceutical supply chain risk evaluation of Guizhou.Results The determination of the index system and its weight of pharmaceutical supply chain risk evaluation of Guizhou which included 13 first-level indicators and 67 second-level indicators.After two rounds of expert consultation,the expert s emphasis degree reached 95%and 100%respectively,their coordination degree was 0.211 and 0.515 respectively,and their authoritative coefficients was 0.77 and 0.84 respectively.Conclusions The construction of pharmaceutical supply chain risks evaluation index system in Guizhou has better scientificity so as to provide reference for risk management of pharmaceutical supply chain in Guizhou.
