海原县农村老年人主观幸福感及影响因素研究

Research on subjective well-being and influencing factors of rural elderly in Haiyuan county

[目的]了解海原县农村老年人主观幸福感及其影响因素。[方法]采取方便随机抽样的方法,抽取海原县60岁以上214人,有效问卷203份,对其进行问卷调查。问卷包括一般情况调查表、社会支持评定量表及纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表,利用SPSS统计软件进行分析。[结果]海原县农村老年人主观幸福感得分为(26.44±9.34)分,年龄越大的老年人,主观幸福感水平越低,有配偶的老年人幸福感高于无配偶老年人。多因素回归分析结果显示,年龄、婚姻状况、自评健康状况和社会支持是影响海原县农村老年人主观幸福感的重要影响因素。[结论]海原县农村老年人的主观幸福感处于中等水平,需要个体、家庭、社会共同努力,改善农村地区老年人幸福感。

Objective To understand the subjective well-being(SWB)of the elderly in Haiyuan county and its influence factors.Methods The survey adopted random sampling method,and selected 203 elderly people over 60 years old in Haiyuan county as the research subjects.The questionnaires included general situation questionnaire,social support rating scale and Newfoundland Memorial University Happiness Scale(MUNSH),and analyzed by SPSS statistical software.Results The subjective well-being score of the rural elderly in Haiyuan county was 26.44±9.34.The elder of the elderly was the lower of their subjective well-being level was.Well-being of married elderly was higher than those no spouse.The results of multi-factor regression analysis showed that age,marital status,self-rated health status and social support were the important factors affecting subjective well-being of rural elderly in this area.Conclusions The subjective well-being of the elderly in rural areas in Haiyuan county is at moderate level,which requires the joint efforts of individuals,families and the society to improve the well-being of the elderly in rural areas.
