This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of“one driver&ternary cycle”management mode in the overall management of hospital.It selectively analyzes the actual application and obvious achievements of a top-three maternity and child care hospital from the starting,key and breakthrough point of“one driver&ternary cycle”management mode,so as to realize full coverage of hospital management from clinical departments to administrative and logistics departments,and promote the development of the hospital management level.
