德国参考价格体系对完善我国差比价规则的启示

The enlightenment of medicine reference price system in Germany for perfecting differential pricing rules in China

文章通过梳理我国差比价制度的实施现状及问题,通过与德国参考价格体系的对比,总结差比价在德国参考价格体系中的应用经验,从差比形式、差比系数等方面对我国新时期药品价格管理中差比价制度的革新提出建议,提高药品价格管理的科学性。

This paper through reviewing current situation and problem of the implementation of differential pricing rules in China,and compares the application experience with the reference price system in Germany.It proposes suggestions for the reform of differential pricing rules of drug price management in new era in China from the aspects of the form,general comparison coefficient and so on,so as to improve the scientificity of drug price management.
