摘要
研制了一款在常压、高低温环境下对航天机构的传动效率进行测试的平台,并开发了与之配套的测试软件.该平台输入端扭矩范围为0~51.2 N·m,额定转速为37.5 r/min,输出端扭矩范围为0~1.92 N·m,额定转速为750 r/min,用于测量-100~100℃环境下航天机构的传动效率.其测控软件系统具备测试任务智能规划功能、仪器快速搭建向导功能、参数自动辅助调整功能、数据分析计算功能、软件可扩展功能、专家数据库功能.通过实验成功验证了该平台在高低温环境下所测试的传动效率精度小于等于0.5%.
A platform for testing the transmission efficiency of aerospace mechanism under normal pressure,high and low temperature environments has been developed,and a supporting software has been exploited.The torque range of the input end of the platform was 0~51.2 N·m,the rated speed was 37.5 r/min and the torque range of the output end was 0~1.92 N·m,the rated speed was 750 r/min.It was used to measure the transmission efficiency of aerospace mechanism under the environment of -100~100℃.The measurement and control software system had the function of intelligent planning of test tasks,the function of rapid instrument construction wizard,the function of automatic auxiliary adjustment of parameters,the function of data analysis and calculation,the function of software expand-ability,and the function of expert database.The experiment has successfully verified that the transmission efficiency accuracy of the platform tested under high and low temperature environments was less than or equal to 0.5%.
