摘要 随着我国新能源发电容量的不断增加,大型燃煤发电机组也需要参与电网调峰运行。燃煤机组的低负荷运行存在诸多安全和经济性方面的问题,本文从锅炉燃烧侧、工质侧以及送风、脱硝、厂用电控制等方面,系统地分析了影响机组安全、经济运行的因素,结合某机组实际运行经验给出了提升机组低负荷安全、经济运行的措施,以期为燃煤机组的低负荷稳定运行提供借鉴。 With the continuous increase of new energy power generation capacity in my country,large scale coal fired generating units also need to participate in the peak shaving operation of the power grid.There are many safety and economic problems in the low load operation of coal fired units.This paper systematically analyzes the factors that affect the safety and economic operation of the unit from the boiler combustion side、working fluid side、air supply、denitrification and auxiliary power control.Factors,combined with the actual operating experience of a certain unit,give measures to improve the low load safe and economic operation of the unit,in order to provide a reference for the low load stable operation of the coal fired unit.
