摘要
某电厂启动锅炉采用差压水位计进行汽包水位测量以及远传显示,但汽包远传水位经常出现失真的现象。针对该问题,维护人员对测量系统进行检查,发现其使用的双室平衡容器结构存在缺陷,导致水位显示较实际值偏低。该厂维护人员根据现场水位计安装情况,巧妙改造平衡容器结构,解决了差压水位计显示失真的问题。
The differential pressure water meter is used to measure the water level of the steam manifold of the start up boiler in a power plant.The water level signal by remote transmission experienced often with distortion.By checking the measuring system,it is found that the structural defect of the double room balance container result in the displayed water level value lower than the real water level.And the balance container structure is improved and the distortion is then eliminated.
