摘要
为了降低空气炸锅工作时马达产生的噪音及提升烹饪效果,采用斩波方式对罩极马达的转速进行调整,导致其在150 K~30 M频段的传导发射不合格。本文通过定位干扰源和干扰模式,调整干扰源在电路中的位置,优化EMI滤波电路,节省了产品的设计成本,并讨论了在空气炸锅设计中如何合理的布局走线以降低EMI的传导发射。
The Air Fryer CE(conduct emission)test is failed because phase angle is used to control the Shaded Pole Motor speed in order to reduce the working noise and improve cooking.The paper discussed how to find the root cause of CE noise and its type,and then discussed how to improve EMI filter circuit by redesigning the location of noise source to save cost.at the end,it discussed how to reduce CE noise by allocating internal wires during Air Fryer R&D.
