近场辐射自动化测试系统的研究和应用

摘要 本文主要通过对近场辐射辐射测试的必要性和便利性,再通过对近场辐射测试原理的探究及应用方式,制作一款近场辐射自动化测试系统,采用高灵敏度电磁场探头、高分辨率视觉定位、高精度自动控制、集成化测试软件、智能化数据分析、3D可视化呈现等技术方案,可以对芯片、器件、模组、板级、整机等各种类型的电子产品进行电磁辐射发射特性的精准测量,方便产品开发人员准确评估电子产品和部件的电磁辐射风险,识别噪声源头和路径,是评估产品器件、组件辐射特性,分析和解决电磁兼容性问题,进行正向设计的有效方法和工具。 This article mainly through to the near field radiation radiation test and the necessity of convenience,again through the exploration and application of the principle of the near field radiation test way,making a near-field radiation test automation system,using high sensitivity magnetic probe,high resolution visual positioning,high precision automatic control,integration testing software,intelligent data analysis,3 D visualization technology solutions,to chip,components,modules,panels,the whole machine,such as various types of electronic products to the electromagnetic radiation emission characteristic of accurate measurement,convenient product developers to accurately assess risk of electronic products and components of electromagnetic radiation,to identify the noise source and path,is to assess the product components,components,radiation characteristics,analysis and solve the problem of electromagnetic compatibility,effective methods and tools for positive design.
