^(99)mTc-3PRGD_(2)SPECT显像在大鼠乳腺癌新辅助化疗中的疗效评估 被引量:1

Evaluation of the efficacy of^(99)mTc-3PRGD_(2)SPECT imaging in neoadjuvant chemotherapy for rats with breast cancer

摘要 目的探讨^(99)mTc-3PRGD_(2)SPECT显像在大鼠乳腺癌新辅助化疗中的疗效价值。方法选取SD大鼠53只行左侧腋窝乳腺癌造模,并给予蒽环类联合紫杉类新辅助化疗(NAC),比较大鼠NAC前后肿瘤直径情况,病理苏木精-伊红(HE)染色情况、乳腺癌超声表现及实验前后^(99)mTc-3PRGD_(2)SPECT显像各项技术指标(T/NT_(mean)、T/NT_(max))变化情况。结果实验组大鼠NAC后肿瘤最大直径为(0.52±0.06)cm,明显小于NAC前的(1.13±0.18)cm,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。实验组NAC前后大鼠左侧腋窝部位T/NT_(mean)值、T/NT_(max)值均高于空白对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。实验组大鼠NAC后左侧腋窝部位^(99)mTc-3PRGD_(2)SPECT显像中T/NT_(mean)值、T/NT_(max)值均低于NAC前,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论^(99)mTc-3PRGD_(2)SPECT显像是一种无创的检查手段,可以作为大鼠乳腺癌新辅助化疗中的疗效评估方法。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic value of^(99)mTc-3PRGD_(2)SPECT imaging in neoadjuvant chemo-therapy for rats with breast cancer.Method A total of 53 SD rats were selected and built as left axillary breast cancer models.All model animals were given anthracycline combined with yew neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC).The alterna-tionsof tumor diameters,pathological hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining,the ultrasound appearance of breast cancer,and the changes of various technical indicators of^(99)mTc-3PRGD_(2)SPECT imaging(T/NT_(mean),T/NT_(max))before and after experi-ment were compared.Result The maximum diameter of the tumor in the experimental group after NAC was(0.52±0.06)cm,which was significantly smaller than the(1.13±0.18)cm before NAC,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The values of T/NT_(mean)and T/NT_(max)of the left axillary area of the rats in the experimental group before and after NAC were higher than those in the blank control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The T/NT_(mean)value and T/NT_(max)value in^(99)mTc-3PRGD_(2)SPECT imaging of the left axillary area of rats after NAC in the experi-mental group were lower than those before NAC,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion^(99)mTc-3PRGD_(2)SPECT imaging is a noninvasive intervention and could be used to evaluate the effect of neoadjuvant che-motherapy in rats with breast cancer.
