It is the trend of vocational education reform and development to promote the integrated development of secondary and higher vocational education and to open up the channel of education rise.Connecting mechanism and planning as a whole are the difficulties to improve the efficiency of integrated development,and also the key to build an integrated development model.To promote the optimization of the integrated development mode of secondary and higher vocational education,we should take the government as the leading role,the school as the main body,the enterprise as the assistance,adhere to the concept of system,coordinate the relationship between all parties,standardize the management system,and strive to realize the self-improvement,self-development and self innovation of vocational education.
