摘要 非公路矿用自卸车的使用环境极其恶劣,作业工况多为重载大负荷爬坡工况,因而对整车可靠性、动力性、经济方面的要求很高。基于动力性和燃油经济性等综合评价指标,文章对非公路矿用宽体自卸车的动力传动系统进行分析研究,从动力总成整体考虑出发,基于发动机长时间高转速运行的要求,设计了动力总成及各附件系统可靠性、动力性、经济方面提升方案。文章最后总结了在满足国家最新非道路排放的柴油机开发中的经验及成果。 The use environment of off-highway mining dump truck is extremely bad,and the working conditions are mainly heavy load and large load climbing conditions,so the reliability,power performance and economic requirements of the vehicle are very high.Based on comprehensive evaluation index,such as power performance and fuel economy of offhighway mining wide-body dump truck powertrain systems analysis,starting from the powertrain overall consideration,based on the pilot time to the requirements of high speed operation,design the powertrain and the attachment system reliability,the power performance,economic aspects of lifting scheme in this paper.This paper summarizes the experience and achievements in the development of diesel engines that meet the latest national non-road emissions.
