文章通过理论分析和计算,对一种重型卡车使用的沙漠空滤器内部结构进行优化,在保证进气阻力不变的基础上增大了沙漠空滤器的额定流量,并通过CFD流体分析及试验台架验证了性能满足设计要求。

Internal structure of one flow desert air cleaner used by heavy duty truck is optimized by theoretical analysis and calculation.Based on keeping the intake resistance unchanged,rated flow of the desert air cleaner is increased.It is verified that the performance meets the desigh requirements by CFD fluid analysis and bench test.
