摘要
以某重型燃气商用车排气系统为研究对象,利用模拟仿真分析排气管振动模型,通过改进排气管路固定支架结构及材料厚度的方式提升刚度,并通过试验验证。优化后排气管路模态达到目标值,此方法为重型商用车排气系统NVH性能提升提供参考。
Take the exhaust system of a heavy-duty gas commercial vehicle as the research object,analyze the vibration model of exhaust pipe by simulation,improve the rigidity by improving the structure of the exhaust pipe fixing bracket and thickness of the material,and verified by experiment.After optimization,the exhaust pipe modal reaches the target value,this method provides a reference for the improvement of the NVH performance of the exhaust system of heavy commercial vehicles.
