摘要
文章简要分析了当前汽油机颗粒捕集器(GPF)的主流故障诊断方法——压差传感器信号分析法。通过解读国六法规中车载诊断(OBD)系统对GPF的监测要求,详细阐述了GPF的故障诊断策略,并在实车上进行了诊断策略验证。结果表明,采用压差传感器信号分析法的GPF故障诊断策略能及时识别并报出故障,满足OBD监测要求。
This paper briefly analyzes the current mainstream fault diagnosis method of gasoline particulate filter(GPF)—the method of signal analysis based on differential pressure sensor.By interpreting the monitoring requirements of on-board diagnostic(OBD)system for GPF in the ChinaⅥemission legislation,the fault diagnosis strategy of GPF is elaborated in detail,and the diagnosis strategy is verified on the real vehicle.The results show that the GPF fault diagnosis strategy using the method of signal analysis based on differential pressure sensor can identify and report the fault in time,and meet the requirements of OBD monitoring.
