摘要
盐雾试验是评估金属材料耐腐蚀性能的重要手段,相对天然环境暴露盐雾试验而言,人工模拟盐雾环境试验应用更为广泛。文章基于理论结合实践的研究方法,从人工模拟盐雾环境试验的类型、影响盐雾试验结果的因素及盐雾试验结果判定三个方面对人工模拟盐雾环境试验进行探讨。将本研究成果用于实践,将有利于产品优化设计,对产品的防腐蚀和提高使用寿命有重要的意义。
Salt spray test is an important means to evaluate the corrosion resistance of metal materials.Compared with the natural environment exposure salt spray test,the salt spray test in artificial atmospheres is more widely used.Based on the combination of theory and practice research,the paper explores the type of the salt spray test in artificial atmospheres,factors that affecting the results and judgmenst of the results.The application of the research results in practice will be conducive to the optimal design of products,and is of great significance to the anti-corrosion of products and the improvement of service life.
